Our services are provided on a consultative basis. We do not manage client funds directly but provide advice and recommendations for investment decisions. All investment decisions remain with the client.
Consultation fees range from £100 to £500 per hour depending on the service complexity. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Investment advice carries inherent risks. While we strive to provide accurate and beneficial advice, we cannot guarantee investment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and investment details. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
